Abstract:In recent years, with the shortage of international resources and the current environmental situation, in order to the strategic requirements of new development - "to consolidate the smelting", we not only have to self-pressurize and constantly dig the potential，but also make great efforts to the production and management of lean, automation, standardization. By means of improving management innovation, equipment intelligentization and technical innovation, the technical and economic index is optimized, the production cost is further reduced, energy saving and emission reduction are achieved, and the environment is improved.
