中文摘要: 在选矿过程中,准确检测矿浆 pH、合理投加石灰,是影响浮选过程稳定的重要因素。本文以城门山铜矿选矿厂智能化建设的实例,对比分析了传统矿浆 pH 检测与石灰投加方法的弊端,开发了新型在线矿浆pH 检测仪,首创性的采用螺杆泵投加石灰浆,并在此基础上成功建设浮选矿浆 pH 智能调节系统,具有重要意义,值得国内同行业乃至相关行业借鉴和参考。

Abstract:In the process of mineral processing, accurate detection of ore-pulp pH and suitable feeding of lime are the most important factors affecting the stability of flotation process. Taking the intelligent construction of Chengmenshan Copper Mine concentrator as an example, a new online pulp pH detector is developed and the screw pump is used to add lime slurry. On this basis, the intelligent adjustment system of flotation pulp pH is successfully constructed, which is of great significance and is worthy of reference for the domestic industry and even related industries reference resources.
