Abstract:With crude silver powder as raw material, silver nitrate products are prepared using nitric acid leaching, silver chloride,secondary dissolution of nitric acid, concentrated crystallization, drying and other processes. Through the silver nitrate preparation process, concentration control, temperature control, reagent addition control, de-hybrid purification and other factors, developed from the crude silver preparation analysis of pure silver nitrate technical route, successfully prepared in line with the national standard of silver nitrate (GB/T 670-2007) analysis of pure silver nitrate requirements of the finished product. The process has achieved better economic benefits.
