Abstract:In April 2019, Xiangguang Copper Industry carried out a 55-day cold repair work on the smelting furnace. Considering the refractory loss of furnace body furnace since its commissioning, considering the difficulty of the bottom bonding demolition, after more than half a year of preparation and many experiments, the directional blasting method was used to demolish the refractory brick of the furnace body. Through practice, the scheme not only effectively reduces the time of furnace demolition and ensures the maintenance period of smelting furnace, but also establishes the fundamental position of blasting demolition of smelting furnace in domestic copper smelting industry.
