中文摘要: 针对阳极铜浇铸过程中冷铜的产生问题,对浇铸受料斗进行简单改造,可有效降低冷铜的粘接量,减少了浇铸过程中铜流失。同时也实现了浇铸溜槽的长时间重复使用,减少了耐火料的消耗,降低了冷铜处理过程中的能源消耗,提高了精矿 - 铜直收率。
Abstract:Aiming at the problem of cold copper in the anode copper casting process, a simple modification of the casting hopper can effectively reduce the bonding amount of cold copper and the loss of copper during the casting process. At the same time, the longterm repeated use of the casting chute is realized, the consumption of refractory is decreased, the energy consumption in the cold copper treatment process is reduced, and the direct yield of concentrate copper is improved.
