Abstract:In the face of the state's increasingly improved environmental protection standards and requirements, aiming at the objective environmental risk of copper smelting industry, this paper expounds the establishment of an environmental early-warning system, which incorporates pollution source monitoring, risk source (point) monitoring, key post operation and other data into a database and constitutes an interrelated database and alarm system so as to enable the environmental risk prevention to be procedural and intelligent.
