中文摘要: 在冶金和化工过程中有大量的含砷废渣产生,特别是在云南和广西,大量的含砷废渣没有得到合适的处置,给企业和环境保护带来了巨大压力。含砷废渣一般属于 HW24 或 HW48 类危险废物,长时间堆放会污染大气以及地下水,从而对人体造成伤害。而今部分含砷废渣被进行焚烧或者固化填埋处置,没有得到很好的资源化利用。详细阐述了将黑铜泥、次氧化锌、硫酸铜滤渣和砷碱渣等资源化提取有价值产品的方法,为砷渣工业化和研究提供借鉴依据。
Abstract:A large number of arsenic-containing waste residues are produced in the metallurgical and chemical processes,especially in Yunnan and Guangxi. A large number of arsenic-containing waste residues have not been properly disposed of, bringing enormous pressure to enterprises and environmental protection. Arsenic-containing waste residues are generally classified as HW24 or HW48 hazardous waste, which can pollute the atmosphere and groundwater and cause harm to human body if stored for a long time.At present, some arsenic-containing waste residues are incinerated or solidified landfill, which is not well utilized for resources. The methods of extracting valuable products from black copper mud, zinc secondary oxide, copper sulphate filter residue and arsenic-alkali residue are elaborated in detail, which can provide reference for industrialization and research of arsenic residue.
