中文摘要: 采用非真空立式半连铸方法铸造 T2 纯铜宽幅大铸锭时,通过优化熔炉铜液覆盖方法及覆盖剂类型,将铜液氧含量控制在 26PPM 以下,有效降低了铸锭中除氧剂杂质及氧含量。通过优化冷却参数,消除铸锭内部气孔缺陷。通过优化 O2 和 P 元素成分含量,改善薄带折弯性能。
Abstract:The oxygen content of copper liquid was controlled to less than 26ppm to reduce the content of impurity and oxygen in T2 ingot by optimizing the covering agent type and method for copper liquid in the melting furnace when T2 wide ingot was casted by non-vacuum vertical semi-continuous casting method. The porosity in T2 ingot was eliminated by optimizing cooling parameters during casting. The bending performance of thin strip was improved by optimizing the content of O2 and P elements.
