基于应力监测的水力冲孔有效半径测定方法研究

中文摘要: 为有效测量水力冲孔的有效半径,采用应力监测系统对薛湖煤矿顺层水力冲孔过程钻孔周围煤体应力进行监测,分析应力演化特征并确定水力冲孔有效影响半径。研究结果表明 :(1)顺层线造穴期间,距钻孔较近的煤体应力出现下降,而距离钻孔远,煤体应力保持稳定 ;(2)线造穴后,距钻孔不同距离煤体的应力变化在时间和空间上均不同,距离钻孔越近,煤体应力变化越早,变化趋势简单,变化幅度越大 ;距离钻孔越远,煤层应力变化越滞后,变化趋势复杂,变化幅度越小 ;(3)根据煤体应力变化可知,顺层线造穴有效影响半径为 2.4m。研究结果对薛湖煤矿顺层水力冲孔措施安全高效的实施具有重要的指导作用,对于本煤层区域防突措施的制定和消突效果评价具有重要意义。
Abstract:In order to effectively measure the effective radius of hydraulic punching, the stress monitoring system is used to monitor the coal stress around the borehole in the process of bedding hydraulic punching in Xuehu Coal Mine, analyze the stress evolution characteristics and determine the effective radius of hydraulic punching. The research results show that: (1) During the formation of the line along the line, the stress of the coal body closer to the borehole decreases, while the stress of the coal body remains stable if it is far from the borehole; (2) After the line is formed, the distance from the borehole is different. The stress change from the coal body is different in time and space. The closer to the borehole, the earlier the coal body stress changes, the trend is simple, and the magnitude of the change is larger; the farther away from the borehole, the more lagging the stress change of the coal seam, and the trend of change is complex, the smaller the amplitude of change; (3) According to the change of coal body stress, the effective influence radius of burrowing along the bedding line is 2.4m. The research results have important guiding role for the safe and efficient implementation of the hydraulic punching measures along the bed in Xuehu Coal Mine, and are of great significance for the formulation of outburst prevention measures and the evaluation of outburst elimination effects in this coal seam area.
