Abstract:The traditional lime process at high basicity (pulp pH > 11.5) was adopted in certain Pb-Zn ore, and the recovery rate of associated silver in lead concentrate is not high. In order to improve the recovery rate of associated silver, the experimental study on lead flotation at low basicity (pulp pH 7~8) was carried out. The locked-circuit test results show that BK506 can be used to replace lime to achieve lead flotation at low basicity, and the recovery rate of associated silver in lead concentrate is increased by 4.18%. The process can be used to achieve lead flotation at low basicity and improve the recovery rate of associated silver.
