中文摘要: 光电选矿是利用光电效应原理和分离执行机构分选矿物的一种物理方法。针对湖北某铜矿原矿石的试验研究表明,综合抛废率 19.53%,提高入选铜品位 0.133%,铜回收率 95.75%。采用光电预选抛尾新技术,可年增产值 3618.2 万元,净利润 1006.0 万元。预选抛尾技术的研究及利用,可以达到“抛废提质,扩产增效”,在矿石资源日趋贫化、环境保护问题逐步加大的新时代,具有十分重要的经济意义和社会意义。
Abstract:Photoelectric separation is a physical method which uses photoelectric effect principle and separation actuator to separate minerals. The experimental study on a copper ore in Hubei province shows that the discarding rate is 19.53%, the grade of copper is increased by 0.133%, and the recovery rate of copper is 95.75%. The research and application of discarding tailings technology have very important economic and social significance.
