中文摘要: 针对某尾矿中稀土、萤石品位低、含泥高、组成复杂且含有重晶石捕收剂等特点,以 FCF-1 为稀土萤石混合浮选捕收剂,采用混合浮选法对其进行回收,得到稀土萤石的混合精矿,其稀土品位 18%,萤石品位 55.57% ;混合精矿再经湿式强磁工艺(一粗一扫一精,磁场强度 1.5T)分选出最终结果为品位 68.42% 的稀土精矿,回收率达到 55.01%,尾矿中的萤石品位富集到 79.39% 品位。
Abstract:For the characteristics of the low grade of rare earth and fluorite, high mud content, complex composition and barite collector in a tailings dam, the mixed flotation method was used to recover the rare earth and fluorite, and the mixed concentrate was obtained, with rare earth grade of 18% and fluorite grade of 55.57%. The mixed concentrate was separated by wet high intensity magnetic process (rough, clean, refined;magnetic field intensity of 1.5T), and the final grade of rare earth concentrate was 68.42%, the recovery rate was 55.01%, and the grade of fluorite in the tailings was enriched to 79.39%.
