中文摘要: 优化酸泥浸铅渣中铋的回收工艺,采用硫酸 +NaCl 为浸出介质,分别研究了各个浸出过程工艺参数的影响,确定了氯盐酸浸最佳工艺参数为 :浸出酸度为 110 g/L,氯离子浓度为 130 g/L,液固比为 4∶1,反应温度为 85℃,反应时间为 2h ;中和沉铋最佳工艺参数 :pH 值为 2.5,温度为 60℃,时间为 1h,可实现酸泥浸铅渣中铋的有效浸出和富集。
Abstract:The recovery process of bismuth in lead slag with sulfuric acid, the influence of the process parameters were studied,and the best process parameters of chloride hydrochloride acid were determined as follows: leaching acidity is 110 g/L, chloride ion concentration is 130 g/L,liquid-solid ratio is 4∶1,reaction temperature is 85℃,reaction time is 2h;the value of the neutralized bismuth: the pH is 2.5,the temperature is 60℃, the time is 1h, which can realize the effective leaching and enrichment of bismuth from the acid sludge leaching lead slag.
