中文摘要: 针对真空泵循环水系统易堵塞、泵检修频率高、工艺生产运行时常“瘫痪”的问题,进行技术探讨,分析了影响循环水系统堵塞的因素,开展了针对性优化改造。改造后,提升了循环水管的排水能力,降低了真空泵的检修率,保证了回转窑的生产稳定性和作业率。
Abstract:In view of the problems that the circulating water system of vacuum pump is easy to be blocked, the pump maintenance frequency is high, and the process operation is often "paralyzed", Carry on the technical discussion, the factors affecting the blockage of circulating water system are analyzed, targeted optimization and transformation were carried out. After transformation, the drainage capacity of the circulating water pipe is improved, the maintenance rate of vacuum pump is reduced, the production stability and operation rate of rotary kiln are ensured.
