Abstract:This paper introduces the application of the two-turn two-cold wet acid process designed by Austria P@P Company in the adhesive industry, analyzes the economic benefits of the wet acid process in the adhesive industry, as well as the problems existing in the current system, such as serious corrosion of electrostatic defogging device and relay fan, blockage of molten salt finned heat exchanger,leakage of condenser acid tank and so on.
