中文摘要: 220t 蒸汽干燥机是贵冶 2013 年工艺优化重点改造项目，干燥机稳定运行直接影响闪速炉作业率。此文分析了贵溪冶炼厂熔炼车间 220t 蒸汽干燥机大滚圈运行过程中存在的一些问题，分析裂化原因并提出相应的改进措施，总结了大滚圈的更换及调试细节、和安装经验。

Abstract:The 220t steam dryer is a key renovation project of process optimization in Guiye Refinery in 2013. The stable operation of dryer directly affects the operation rate of flash furnace. The problems existing in the running process of 220t steam dryer in the smelting workshop of Guixi Smelter are analyzed, the causes of cracking are analyzed and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward, the replacement and debugging details of the large rolling ring and the installation experience are summarized in this paper.
