Abstract:85t metallurgical crane is an important lifting and transportation equipment in the main production line of Guixi Smelter.Since the 85t Baozi crane was used in 2006, the electrical components are aging, and some key spare parts of the old model cannot be purchased. Based on this background, the electrical control system of 85t ladle crane is reformed to reduce the failure rate of 85t ladle crane equipment and the maintenance cost of equipment. The transformation and application feasibility of 85t ladle crane electrical control system are discussed.
