中文摘要: 以宜春钽铌矿矿山为背景,主要针对钽铌矿的选矿生产流程,设计和开发了一套面向钽铌矿矿山的信息化管理系统,系统采用 B/S 架构,主要应用了基于 MVC 架构的 JavaEE 技术,开发实现了选矿信息数据采集、生产计划、生产调度、能源统计、设备运行及生产统计报表等信息管理功能。该系统对矿山数据处理采用单向上传方式,不会对自动化系统安全构成任何威胁。实践证明,该系统建设完成后能够对全矿山安全、生产的主要环节进行实时监测、监视,实现全矿山的数据采集、生产调度、决策指挥的信息化、科学化,为矿山安全生产、有效预防和及时处理各种突发事故提供了有效手段。
Abstract:Taking a tantalum-niobium ores as application background, mainly for the mineral processing production process, this paper provides a information management system for tantalum-niobium ores, that adopts B/S architecture, mainly uses JavaEE technology based on MVC architecture, and develops and realizes such information management functions as mineral processing information data collection,production planning, production scheduling, energy statistics, equipment operation and production statistical report. The system adopts oneway upload mode for mine data processing , that does not affect any data in the automation system. The data of the system is transmitted in the above way ,that will not pose any threat to security automation system. Practice has proved that the system of the project works well, that realizes the real-time monitoring and monitoring of the main links of safety and production in the whole mine, realizes the informatization and scientization of data collection, production scheduling and decision-making command in the whole mine, and provide an effective means for safe production, effectives prevention and timely treatment of various sudden accidents in the mine.
