Abstract:Helanshan 750 kV substation is one of the main grid structure of Ningxia 750 kV and the bridge of power transmission in Ningxia Dam Power Plant. In the years after its completion and operation, some common substation foundation diseases have appeared. The reason is not the early design or construction problem, but the traditional filling method can not be tamped, and the traditional backfill has poor scour resistance, which leads to uneven settlement and erosion induced collapse.
