Abstract:Stable stope is the premise of safe mining in underground mines, and numerical simulation is one of the effective methods to analyze and study the stability of underground rock mass. In order to carry out the stability analysis and research of underground mine stope, taking a mine in Yunnan as an object, FLAC3D software was used to carry out numerical simulation research on the limit exposed area of stope under natural conditions and under the condition of bolt support. The research results show that the limit exposed area of the stope is 400m2 under natural conditions, and the use of bolt support can effectively reduce the roof pressure, control the displacement and deformation of the roof and rock caving, and increase the limit exposed area of the stope to 600m2. It shows that the bolt support is feasible as the roof stability control measure and can guarantee the safety and stability of stope.
