Abstract:In order to realize the intelligent control of the belt distributing trolleys in the crushing production process of Concentrator, achieve the purpose of reducing staff, increasing efficiency, reducing labor intensity and improving production efficiency,by upgrading the control technology of the conventional crushing process, based on the original control system, the corresponding control algorithm and optimized control system have been developed for the functions of the intelligent distribution control system. Industrial test results show that the system has a stable commissioning effect, with an average effective commissioning rate of 90%, which successfully realizes the intelligent control of the intelligent cloth production in the crushing process. The commissioning of the system not only reduces the labor intensity of workers, ensures production safety, improves production efficiency, but also lays a foundation for the next step of comprehensive intelligent control of conventional processes.
