Abstract:Vortex Flow Meter is often used when measuring steam in Guixi Smelter, and the output of Vortex Flow Meter is mostly volume flow, which is not convenient for energy statistical thermal calculation. According to the existing equipment of Guixi Smelter, the output data of Vortex Flow Meter is converted into display mass flow output through DCS. Without replacing the equipment, the quality unit required can be obtained by energy statistics, which is convenient for thermal calculation of energy statistics.
