Abstract:Steam dryer is the key equipment for material drying in KIVCET furnace. The capacity of existing steam dryer can't meet the need of production because of raw material change, which results in that the conditions of KIVCET furnace get worse. The existing dryer is transformed into a circular pipe split type structure to solve problems, improve the heat transfer area, increase the drying machine processing capacity, and facilitate the heat exchange tube overhaul. The transformation creates conditions for keeping the reaction normal and maintaining KIVCET furnace condition effectively.
