Abstract:The process flow and characteristics of hydrogen peroxide are described, and the design idea, application, cost, safety and environmental protection of hydrogen peroxide are introduced in detail. According to the characteristics and conditions of sulfuric acid tail gas and non-ferrous smelting furnace flue gas, the design scheme of hydrogen peroxide desulfurization process under different flue gas conditions is determined. And combined with specific flue gas conditions, process is improved, design scheme is optimized, better adapting to different flue gas conditions, to reduce production costs, eliminate potential safety and environmental hazards.
