中文摘要: 贵溪冶炼厂铁路编组站主要为工厂生产物资提供运输保障,平均每天进出的火车车辆多达400余辆,以往车号信息等数据的录入都是靠车号员通过电话与路方进行沟通和交接,再通过手工录入相关信息,值班员再根据车号信息安排后续调车作业.由于工作量大,车号信息录入错误率也高,直接影响值班员编制调车作业计划,甚至会出现把空车当重车,重车当空车发运的铁路货运事故.因此车号信息录入的准确性对铁路货运系统的安全重要性不言而喻.为解决这一问题,贵溪冶炼厂专用铁路引入了AEI-W2型车号自动识别系统,根据AEI-W2型车号自动识别系统的结构特点、工作原理,贵溪冶炼厂结合自身实际对AEI-W2型车号自动识别系统在铁路编组站的运用进行了持续优化并对运用过程中所出现的问题进行了收集分析和总结.
Abstract:The converter blower in the power workshop of Guixi Smelter is device that provides normal oxygen air during the smelting converter blowing. The outlet air volume and air pressure value during the operation of the fan change synchronously as the working condition changed. Once the air volume and air pressure value cannot meet the requirement of the converter, it will directly affect the efficiency of converter, thus affecting the charging amount of flash furnace. In view of the actual situation of converter production process in Guixi Smelter, the selection method of the newly purchased converter fan and the linkage debugging skills after the fan installed and put into operation are briefly introduced in this paper.
