Abstract:The copper concentrate is transported by tubular belt conveyer for flash furnace in smelting SystemⅡof Guixi Smelter to solve the problems of long transport distance, large curvature and material spillage of copper concentrate. Tubular belt conveyor has some problems in the initial application, which has a great impact on production. In order to stabilize the production, the tubular belt conveyor has been improved in combination with the actual working conditions to ensure the stable operation of the tubular belt conveyor.
