中文摘要: 贵冶熔炼车间卡尔多炉低压配电室功率补偿柜存在电容、保险、接触器等烧坏等现象,故障率高、达不到预期补偿效果.在电能质量补偿方面如今很少使用电容补偿柜的方式进行补偿,现有技术均采用SVG补偿的方式进行补偿,SVG的主要优势在于不但能够提高功率因数,还能用于治理谐波达到提高整个电能质量的效果.
Abstract:The copper concentrate is transported by tubular belt conveyer for flash furnace in smelting SystemⅡof Guixi Smelter to solve the problems of long transport distance, large curvature and material spillage of copper concentrate. Tubular belt conveyor has some problems in the initial application, which has a great impact on production. In order to stabilize the production, the tubular belt conveyor has been improved in combination with the actual working conditions to ensure the stable operation of the tubular belt conveyor.
