Abstract:This paper introduces the background of material preparation workshop intelligent factory implementation. Detailed statistic were made on the problems and causes of the intelligent factory after its on-line operation. Through the analysis and improvement of the deficiencies existing in the application process of the intelligent factory in the material preparation workshop, the application system of the intelligent factory realizes social collaboration and big data sharing ,which greatly improves the production efficiency and emergency handing capacity.
