中文摘要: 对副井罐笼内阻车系统和各中段码头门推车系统改进,实现拆除井口和井下推车工推拉矿车作业,达到减员增效目的.采用罐笼内联动阻车、推爪入罐的技术方案,并对各中段码头门摇台和罐笼导向板进行调整.井下各中段进车端采用推爪带动每个链环连接矿车入罐,摇台到位情况采用接近开关控制与信号系统进行联锁,保证罐笼安全运行.从改进后提升运行情况来看,拆除推车工未对罐笼提升效率产生影响,采用联动阻车、推车入罐的方案完全符合各项技术指标.
Abstract:The internal drag system of the auxiliary well cage and the cart system of each middle section of the dock door are improved to realize the operation of pushing and pulling the mine carts for the removal of the wellhead and underground carts to achieve the purpose of reducing staff and increasing efficiency. The technical scheme of interlocking the cart and pushing the claw into the tank is adopted in the cage, and adjustments are made to the rocking platform of each mid-section dock door and cage guide plate. Push claws are used to drive each chain link to connect the mine cart into the tank at each middle section of the underground mine. When the rocking platform is in place, the proximity switch control and signal system are used for interlocking to ensure the safe operation of the cage. From the perspective of the improved lifting operation, the dismantling of the cart does not affect the efficiency of the cage, and the scheme of using the linkage to block the cart and the cart into the tank fully meets the various technical indicators.
