中文摘要: 收集国内大型露天矿矿用轮胎使用数据,在轮胎损伤类型数据的基础上,分析了轮胎损伤的原因 ;TKPH值是轮胎选型和使用寿命预测的关键指标,以此为基础构建轮胎全寿期管理的内容和流程,并采用轮胎全寿期管理系统对轮胎进行管理,取得了很好的效果 ;以纳米比亚某大型露天铀矿为案例,分析该露天矿轮胎使用现状和维护成本构成,提出了合理优化成本策略。研究结论表明,矿用卡车运行过程中轮胎胎体温度和压力异常是造成轮胎损伤的主要原因,严重影响轮胎使用寿命 ;加强轮胎全寿期管理,做好轮胎选型、保管、搭配与安装、使用、维护、修补等是降低轮胎损伤、延长轮胎寿命的重要管理手段。采用吨矿岩轮胎摊销成本Ca和吨公里轮胎消耗成本Cb作为该露天矿轮胎使用的考核指标。吨矿岩轮胎摊销成本Ca为0.7元,占采矿成本的5%~6%,可衡量轮胎在采矿成本中占比大小 ;吨公里轮胎消耗成本Cb为0.276元,可以作为矿山轮胎管理水平和轮胎使用数量预测的依据。
Abstract:The usage data of giant tyres in domestic large open pit mine is collected, and the causes of tire damage were analyzed base on the damage type data. TKPH value is a key indicator in tyres model selection and service life prediction. On this basis, the content and process of tyre life cycle management was established. A good effect will be obtained combine with relevant management system. Taking a large open pit uranium mine in Namibian as a study case, the usage status of tyres and maintenance cost composition was analyzed in that mine. And a reasonable cost optimization strategy is proposed meanwhile. The research results show that, abnormal tire body temperature and pressure during haul trucks operation are the main causes in tire damages, which seriously affect the service life of tires. Strengthening tyres life cycle management, and doing a good job in tyres model selection, storage, collocation, installation, use, maintenance and repair are important management tools in declining the damage of tyres, as well as longer usage life of tyres. Using tire amortization cost per tonnage ore/rock Ca and consumption cost per tonnage kilometers Cb as the indicators for performance appraisal in that mine. The Ca can reflect the proportion of tyres cost occupy in mining. In case study mine, the Ca is 0.7 RMB, take a 5%~6% proportion of mining cost. The Cb is 0.276 RMB, this indicator can reflect the tyres management level and taken as reference for tyres usage quantity forecast.
