中文摘要: 针对 TP2 盘管探伤标识的工作原理,分析探伤标识的常见缺陷,研究标识用墨水的成分、烘干温度对标识质量的影响规律,创新优化设计了探伤标识装置。结果表明 :标识用墨水成分按黑色素 10%+ 高温树脂 10%+ 乙酸乙酯 35%+ 丙酮 35%+ 余量 10% 的方案配置,颜色、烘干速度最佳,烘干温度 220~230℃时,墨水烘干效果较好。

Abstract:According to the working principle of TP2 coil flaw detection sign, the common defects of flaw detection sign are analyzed, the influence of ink composition and drying temperature on the quality of flaw detection sign is studied, and the flaw detection sign device is innovatively and optimically designed. The results show that the best color and drying speed are pigment 10%, high temperature resin 10%, ethyl acetate 35%, acetone 35% and residual 10%. When the drying temperature is 220~230℃, the ink drying effect is better, and the quality of coil inspection mark is improved.
