Abstract:The converter residual feeder is one of the important auxiliary equipment in Guixi Smelter. The problems existing in the operation of converter residual feeder of Guixi Smelter are analyzed. From the perspective of equipment management, the causes of failure are analyzed and the improvement measures are put forward. At the same time, the way of adding residual electrode is changed. Conform to the trend of the times, the automatic and unmanned operation is realized and applied in a certain extent.
