Abstract:This paper introduces the fault forms of the reducer and large support ring of the steam dryer and the main hidden dangers existing in the operation of the dryer, and expounds the relevant measures such as adding on-line vibration measuring points to the reducer of the dryer, importing ETM on-line intelligent monitoring and diagnosis system, adding protective device to the large support ring of the dryer, and effects of after optimizing and adjusting the braking system.
