Abstract:Aiming at the bearing replacement of multi-rope friction hoist in the main shaft of Wushan Copper Mine of Jiangxi Copper Corporation Limited, the advantages and disadvantages of integral bearing and split bearing are effectively compared and analyzed, and the replacement details of split bearing are expounded. The hoist bearing is effectively transformed by using the split rolling bearing. After the transformation, the split bearing has a good practical use effect, which effectively guarantee the normal operation of the hoist.
