Abstract:On the premise of studying the design principle of imported rotary shear in SCR copper rod production line，th causes of abnormal shutdown of imported rotary shear are counted and analyzed，and the corresponding control program design improvement measures are put forward, which can timely alarm the ghost fault of imported rotary shear and thoroughly solve the technical "bottleneck" restricting production capacity, and ensure the safety efficiency and continuous stable and economic operation of the copper rod production line.
