中文摘要: 某铜冶炼厂为配套电解 40 万 t 阴极铜产能,对熔炼系统阳极炉圆盘浇铸系统进行更换,设计浇铸速度为 110t/h 以上。本文对如何在奥图泰圆盘浇铸系统下生产出符合电解厂要求的阳极板进行全面分析和实践总结,结果表明 :阳极板物理质量管控要点包括氧化还原终点控制、浇铸系统控制、喷涂系统控制、喷淋系统控制、精细化管理等方面,通过采取相应的管控措施,阳极板合格率有较大提升,取得了较明显的经济效益。
Abstract:In order to support the production capacity of electrolytic 400000 tons of cathode copper, a copper smelter replaces the anode furnace disc casting system of the smelting system, and the design casting speed is more than 110t / h. A comprehensive analysis is made on how to produce anode plates that meet the requirements of the electrolytic plant under the Outotec disc casting system. The practice shows that the key points of physical quality control of anode plates include redox end point control, casting system control, spraying system control, spraying system control, fine management, etc. After the corresponding control measures are put forward, the qualification rate of anode plates has been greatly improved, obvious economic benefits has been achieved.
