Abstract:In this paper, the background, key technology and industrial application of producing high quality brass by using complex copper raw materials are briefly introduced. The quality of the complex copper raw materials provided by the manufacturers are analyzed, and the raw materials are separated to remove slag, remove waste gas and other miscellaneous operations to prevent air pollution. And then the high-quality brass is refined from the furnace, which effectively removes the metal and non-metal impurities in the complex copper raw materials, and realizes the production of high-quality brass from complex copper raw materials.
