中文摘要: 为了实现矿山企业节能降耗及资源的综合回收利用, 本研究针对有色金属矿用浮选机进行技术改造。结合国内外浮选机的技术参数, 针对浮选机主轴搅拌系统的叶轮、定子形状及尺寸进行研究分析 , 通过 CFD数值模拟、矿浆试验验证 , 对现有浮选机搅拌系统结构进行优化设计, 最终研发出 CGF-Y 型高效节能浮选机。该浮选机在金牛矿业、甲玛铜矿分别完成了工业化测试, 可降低能耗、提高选矿回收率, 目前 80m3 的浮选机已经在太白金矿得到应用 , 运行稳定。

Abstract:In order to realize the energy saving and comprehensive recycling of resources in mining enterprises, this study aims at the technical transformation of non-ferrous metal flotation machine. Combined with the technical parameters of flotation machine at home and abroad, the shape and size of impeller and stator of the main shaft mixing system of flotation machine are studied and analyzed. Through CFD numerical simulation and pulp test verification, the structure of the existing flotation machine mixing system is optimized and designed, and finally CGF-Y type efficient energy-saving flotation machine is developed. The flotation machine has been tested in JinNiu Gold Mine and JiaMa Copper Mine respectively, which can reduce energy consumption and improve ore dressing recovery. At present, the 80 m3 flotation machine has been applied in Taibai Gold Mine with stable operation.
