中文摘要: 基于前期对复杂原料的分析及对生产实践的经验总结,改进了低砷阳极的电解工艺条件。具体改进措施:降低电流密度,调整添加剂用量和种类,改变电解槽给液方式及控制阳极装槽比例。综合来看,经过工艺改进,消除了电解过程中阳极钝化的现象,由漂浮阳极泥导致的液位线粒子基本消除,阴极铜物理外观得到改善,基本实现了低砷阳极的正常电解生产。
Abstract:Based on the analysis of complex raw materials and the experience of production practice, the electrolytic process conditions of low arsenic anode are improved, such as reducing the current density, adjusting the amount and type of additives, changing the liquid feeding mode of electrolytic cells and controlling the proportion of anode installation. In general, through the process improvement, the phenomenon of anode passivation in the electrolysis process is eliminated, the level line particles caused by floating anode slimes are basically eliminated as well, the physical appearance of cathode copper is improved, and the normal electrolysis production of low arsenic anode has been basically realized.
