中文摘要: 通过自制的镀液循环电解铜箔试验装置在不同氯离子(Cl-)质量浓度(0~60 mg/L)的条件下制备出锂电铜箔,利用光泽仪、粗糙度仪、电子万能试验机、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)等设备分析了铜箔的组织性能。结果表明:随着Cl-质量浓度增加,铜箔光泽先增加后降低,抗拉强度先从58 kg/mm2降低至约33 kg/mm2后基本不变;加入适量Cl-可使铜箔表面较为平整,过量Cl-会使得铜箔表面变得粗糙。
Abstract:Lithium electrolytic copper foil was prepared under different chloride ion mass concentration (0~60 mg/L) by self-made copper foil test device. The microstructure and properties of copper foil were analyzed by glossmeter, roughness meter, electronic universal testing machine, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD). The results showed that with the increase of chloride ion mass concentration, the luster of copped foil increased first and then decreased, and the tensile strength was reduced from 58 kg/mm2 to about 33 kg/mm2 and then remained basically unchanged. Adding appropriate amount of chloride ions could make the copper foil surface smoother, and excessive chloride ions could make the copper foil surface rough.
