中文摘要: 随着矿产资源贫、杂、细等特点日益突出,入选矿石品位低和堆存废石量过大等问题凸显。将智能分选技术应用于矿石入选前的预先富集工序是解决该问题的一个重要途径。其中,以X射线透射技术(XRT)为主导的分选成像方案已经成为有色金属矿山解决有关问题的主流方式之一,并且在钨、铅锌、钼等金属矿山的选矿过程中取得了较好的富集效果,大大提高了矿山的经济效益。本文旨在介绍XRT的发展历程及研究现状,包括分选设备的原理、特点,以及该技术在不同有色金属领域的应用情况。
Abstract:With the characteristics of poor, miscellaneous and fine mineral resources becoming more and more prominent, the problems such as low grade of selected ore and excessive amount of waste rock are prominent. It is an important way to solve this problem to develop intelligent separation technology and apply it to preenrichment before ore preparation. Among them, X-ray diffraction topography (XRT) sorting imaging scheme has become one of the mainstream applications in the field of non-ferrous metals mining, and have achieved better enrichment effect in tungsten ore, lead-zinc ore, molybdenum ore and other fields, greatly improving the economic benefits of the mine. This paper aims to introduce the development of XRT and its research status at home and abroad, including the principle and characteristics of the separation equipment and the application of different non-ferrous metal fields.
