中文摘要: 公路废水含有许多有机大分子污染物,如果直接排放将会对环境造成巨大的危害。为此,采用水热合成法,以ZrCl4作为金属离子源,以对苯二甲酸作为有机配位体,以 N?N-二甲基酰胺溶液为溶剂,制备了金属有机骨架材料 UiO-66,然后采用原位生长法制备了 UiO-66/γ-Al2O3复合材料,用于处理模拟公路污水。通过X-射线衍射仪(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM),能谱仪(EDS),傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR),热重分析仪(TG)等方法对UiO-66/γ-Al2O3复合材料进行了表征,主要考察了其处理酸性品红模拟公路污水与处理实际公路污水的催化降解效果。分析了催化剂加入量、反应时间、酸性品红溶液初始质量浓度、酸性品红溶液初始体积等因素对催化过程的影响。结果显示, UiO-66/γ-Al2O3去除酸性品红的最佳条件为:UiO-66/γ-Al2O3加入量为1.00 g,催化反应时长为1 h,酸性品红初始质量浓度为40 mg/L,初始体积为50 mL。在此条
件下酸性品红的去除率为97.52%,实际公路污水中污染物的去除率为40.63%。
Abstract:Highway wastewater contains many organic macromolecular pollutants, and direct discharge will cause great harm to the environment. In this work, the metal frame material UiO-66 was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis using ZrCl4 as a metal ion source, terephthalic acid as an organic ligand, and N?N-dimethyl amide solution as a solvent, and then UiO-66/γ-Al2O3 composites were prepared by an in-situ growth method applied in the treatment of simulated highway wastewater. The materials were characterized by XRD,SEM, TGA, FT-IR and TG. The photocatalytic performance of the materials was analyzed by photometric absorption method. The results showed that the removal rate of UiO-66/γ-Al2O3 for acid fuchsin was 97.52%, and the removal rate for actual highway wastewater was 40.63%. The prepared catalyst had a good treatment effect on some organic pollutants in highway wastewater.
