中文摘要: 铼粉是航空航天和核工业领域不可或缺的掺杂剂,铼的优异物理性能是其在这两大领域应用的先决条件。本研究以江西铜业股份有 限公司贵溪冶炼厂的高铼酸铵为原料,梯度设置了6组二步还原温度,采用场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)、多功能粉体物理特性仪、激光粒度仪、费氏粒度仪和氧氮氢分析仪等设备,综合评估了还原温度对铼粉物理性能的影响。研究结果表明:当二步还原温度为800~900 ℃时,铼粉具有优异的物理性能,其压坯密度可超过10 g/cm3 ,氧含量满足铼粉行业标准YS/T 1017—2015优等品要求。
Abstract:Rhenium powder is an important doping raw material in the aerospace and nuclear industries. Its exceptional physical properties are prerequisite for its application. This study utilized high-purity ammonium rhenate from Guixi Smelter of Jiangxi Copper Industry Co., Ltd. as raw material, and devised a gradient of six two-step reduction temperatures. By employing equipment such as field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), powder comprehensive characteristic analyzer, laser particle size analyzer, Fisher particle size analyzer, and oxygen-nitrogen-hydrogen analyzer, we comprehensively assessed the effects of reduction temperatures on the physical properties of rhenium powders. The research results indicate that when the two-step reduction temperature falls within range of 800 ℃ to 900 ℃, rhenium powder exhibits superior physical properties, achieving a compact density over 10 g/cm3.Besides, the oxygen content satisfies the specifications stipulated in the superior Re standard of YS/T 1017—2015.
