中文摘要: 在全球能源格局中,日益加剧的能源危机成为现代社会亟待解决的重大挑战之一,促使科学界与产业界积极探寻新能源技术。锂电池作为新能源领域的重要成员,备受关注。其中,锂电铜箔作为锂电池负极集流体,不仅发挥了承载活性物质和传输电流的关键作用,还对提高锂电池的容量、效率与延长寿命发挥了重要作用。随着锂电池小型化、轻量化以及高能量密度化的不断演变,特别是在液态电池向固态电池的发展过程中,对以铜箔为代表的集流体材料提出了更为严苛的要求。“轻薄化”已成为锂电铜箔发展的主要趋势,高抗拉强度与高延伸率等成为铜箔性能的关键指标。基于此,本文对电解铜箔镀液添加剂的电化学性能进行分类,并对当前应用于极薄锂电铜箔的添加剂单体开展了研究分析,创新性地提出极薄锂电铜箔的添加剂配方设计思路。此外,本文还深入探讨了极薄铜箔生产过程中添加剂的管控环节,期望为极薄铜箔相关研究与生产实践提供有益借鉴。
Abstract:The increasingly severe energy crisis has become one of the major challenges that modern society urgently needs to address, prompting the scientific and industrial communities to actively explore new energy technologies. Lithium batteries, as an important member of the new energy field, have attracted much attention. Lithium copper foil, as the negative electrode current collector of lithium batteries, not only plays a key role in carrying active materials and transmitting current, but also plays an important role in improving the capacity, efficiency, and prolonging the life of lithium batteries. With the continuous evolution of miniaturization, lightweighting, and high energy density of lithium batteries, especially the transition from liquid batteries to solid-state batteries, more stringent requirements have been put forward for current collector materials represented by copper foil. "Thinning and thinning" has become the main trend in the development of lithium-ion copper foil, with high tensile strength and high elongation becoming key indicators of copper foil performance. Given this background, this article classified the electrochemical performance of additives in electrolytic copper foil plating solution, and conducted research and analysis on the additive monomers currently applied to ultra-thin copper foil, innovatively proposing an additive formula for ultra-thin copper foil. In addition, this article briefly and deeply explored the control of additives in the production process of ultra-thin copper foil, providing useful reference for research and production practice related to ultra-thin copper foil.
