中文摘要: 针对某大型选矿厂的铜硫混合精矿再磨作业,系统研究了瓷球磨矿技术的应用效果。通过对比分析瓷球与传统钢球在磨矿过程中的粒度分布,以及磨矿动力学参数等,揭示了瓷球磨矿的优势,并对其工业应用前景进行了探讨。通过单因素实验确定瓷球磨矿最佳条件:直径分别为30, 25, 20 mm的瓷球按20%∶60%∶20%质量配比,矿浆浓度为70%,充填率为40%。结果表明,用瓷球替代钢球可优化磨矿产品粒度分布。通过工业应用,证明瓷球磨矿确实改善了溢流产品粒度分布,瓷球磨矿产品-0.01 mm粒级Cu分布率比钢球磨矿产品低13.1个百分点,且电耗降幅达50.28%,单位球耗降幅达82.14%。
Abstract:This article systematically studied the application of ceramic ball milling technology on the regrinding operation of copper sulfur mixed concentrate in large-scale beneficiation plant. By comparing and analyzing the particle size distribution and the grinding kinetic parameters of ceramic balls and traditional steel balls during the grinding process, the advantages of ceramic ball milling were revealed, and its industrial application prospects were discussed. The optimal conditions for ceramic ball milling were determined through single factor experiments: a ratio of 2∶6∶2 for ceramic balls with diameters of 30 mm, 25 mm, and 20 mm was established, with a slurry concentration of 70% and a filling rate of 40%. The results indicated that ceramic balls can replace steel balls and optimize the particle size distribution of grinding products. In industrial applications, ceramic ball milling improved the particle size distribution of overflow products. The Cu distribution rate of -0.01 mm particle size for ceramic ball milling was 13.1% lower than that for steel ball milling, with a reduction in power consumption of 50.28% and a reduction in unit ball consumption of 82.14%.
